Upon arrival at the arranged time, the guest will be welcomed by a member of Córdoba DP at the rented property, where the lease contract will be signed with the attached inventory. There, the guest must pay the full price of the stay.

Before the end of the contract, the guest must notify the person in charge from Córdoba DP and arrange a time for returning the apartment and keys.

The minimum stay is three days, the maximum one six months. If the guest wishes to extend their stay in the rented property, they must notify with a minimum advance of 48 hours, before the lease expires. Such extension will be possible only if the apartment is available for the new requested dates.
