The RESERVATION will be effective after making a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the lease contract, once the operation has been confirmed, the remaining amount must be paid upon arrival to the apartment.
The total amount of the stay must be paid in cash only and in full at the time of signing the contract (Check in).
The price of the rent includes all services and taxes of the apartment: (Expenses, Taxes, Utilities).
